History
Pepper Pike is a city located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. Its history can be traced back to the early 19th century when the area was inhabited by Native American tribes, primarily the Erie and the Seneca tribes. European settlement in the region began in the early 1800s.
The area that is now Pepper Pike was originally part of the Western Reserve, a large tract of land in northeastern Ohio that was reserved for settlement by Connecticut residents. In 1806, the Connecticut Land Company purchased the land, and it was opened up for settlement.
